Job Title: Operations & Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Summary
- We’re at a key growth stage and looking for someone who can take ownership of our Lagos operations and help us scale locally.
The Role
- We are hiring an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to manage the day-to-day running of our space and drive local partnerships and growth opportunities.
- This is not a desk job.
- This role is for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to get things done on the ground.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Operations & Daily Running
- Ensure the space is set up and ready daily (training, sessions, events)
- Support chefs and students during training
- Maintain structure, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.
Partnerships & Outreach (VERY IMPORTANT):
- Visit hotels, restaurants, and shortlets
- Introduce iKooK and build relationships
- Secure internship placements and partnerships.
On-Ground Execution:
- Handle errands, sourcing, and logistics
- Support training days and special events
- Ensure everything runs on time and efficiently.
Growth & Revenue Support:
- Help onboard new students and chefs
- Support local awareness (flyers, visits, referrals)
- Identify ways to generate income from the space.
Who We’re Looking For
- Based in Lagos (preferably close to Yaba)
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with people
- Proactive and reliable — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs, and basic tools.
Bonus (Not required but valuable)
- Experience in hospitality, events, or operations
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
