Job Position: Training Coordinator / Admin

Job Location: Ago Palace, Lagos

Job Description

  • Training coordinator & administration
  • Data management & reporting
  • Communication & stakeholder coordination

Job Requirements


  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Organizational & time management skill
  • Basic understanding of learning management systems (LMS)
  • Ability to use digital tools for tracking, reporting and communication
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow through
  • Competence in generating training report, dashboards and compliance summaries
  • Accurate tracking of certifications, expiry date and refresher training needs
  • Awareness of regulatory and client training requirements
  • Ability to ensure training activities meet legal, contractual and organizational standard

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / Month.
