• Identify barriers affecting patient throughput and discharge planning
• Collaborate to adopt standardized workflows across acute care settings
• Provide clinical guidance to support change management and adoption
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders for long-term partnerships

???? Requirements

• RN license and BSN required
• 7+ years inpatient experience with leadership growth
• Deep understanding of acute care hospital operations
• Data-driven with healthcare data analysis
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
