Description

• As part of our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as aSales Supervisor to join our team and help elevate our campaigns.

Job Summary

• The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• This role involves supervising daily sales activities, motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain if applicable.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, with at least 1 - 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
