The Infrastructure Bank Plc is Nigeria's dedicated infrastructure bank providing financial solutions to support key long term infrastructure projects, including transportation infrastructure, municipal common services, mass housing and district development, solid waste management and water provision, and power and renewable energy projects. The Infrastructure Bank Plc has a unique ownership structure. It is majority owned by the private sector but also has the Federal Government, State Governments and Local Governments as well as the Nigeria Labour Congress as shareholders. Job Title: Technical Assistant to the MD / CEO

Job Description
- The Technical Assistant to the MD/CEO will provide high-level strategic, analytical, and technical support to the Managing Director.
- The role is central to driving corporate strategy, supporting investment decisions, managing
- Board engagements, and coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives. It requires strong financial and analytical skills, infrastructure sector knowledge, and the ability to operate at executive level with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on infrastructure finance, economic trends, and policy developments.
- Track strategic initiatives, action points, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and MD/CEO priorities.
- Prepare briefs and talking points for high-level stakeholder engagements.
- Support stakeholder management and follow-up on key relationships.
- Review project proposals, investment pipelines, and financial models.
- Prepare strategic briefs, reports, and executive presentations.
- Support Board and management reporting, including papers and dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience supporting senior executives with analysis, reports, or investment materials.
- Strong financial modelling and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience within Nigeria or Africa’s infrastructure/DFI space is an advantage.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure finance, consulting, or development finance.
