Job Title: Sales Representative (IVD Industry)

Job Summary

• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.
• Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit Sales Representative in Edo state - Benin to support our growing presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the region
• Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Drive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across the South- Southregion
• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings where required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the IVD or medical diagnostics industry
• Must be based in Edo state
• Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and reagents is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within the South- South region.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
