ICM Energy is a renewable energy company operating in Nigeria that focuses on providing sustainable solar power, inverter, and battery backup systems. It positions itself as an alternative power provider helping individuals and businesses manage Nigeria's grid unreliability and high fueling costs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Client Relation Executive

Location: 20, Durba Road, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner(offline and online)
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through online and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Close sales by negotiating prices, addressing objections, and securing customer commitment
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates on performance and business development activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent after-sales service.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience Sales, or Business Development, Customer Relation.
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of key account management and retail sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
