Revenue Sales Analyst

• Analyze end-to-end funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, win rate, ARR/MRR)
• Deliver insights on pipeline health, coverage, and sales capacity
• Support forecasting via pipeline analysis, trends, and scenario modeling
• Partner with Finance on revenue modeling and ARR/MRR planning
• Identify forecast risks and upside early to improve predictability
• Build self-serve dashboards in Metabase for pipeline and revenue reporting

???? Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or related role
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and revenue data models
• Experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake and Metabase
• Intermediate SQL skills (preferred)
• Hands-on experience analyzing ARR, MRR, pipeline, and forecasting metrics
• Clear communicator who can explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders
