Remote Instructional Design Lead (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Instructional Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that enable customers and internal teams to effectively use all solutions. You will focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout onboarding and beyond.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses focused on software product use.
• Build structured learning paths that include recorded instructional content, knowledge checks, and scenario-based modules.
• Maintain and update content as products evolve, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices to all learning materials.
• Deliver internal and external training in both virtual and onsite formats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design.
• Experience developing and managing content in an LMS.
• Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear, learner-centered instruction.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
• Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software is a plus.
