Job Summary


  • We are an Apartment looking for a Receptionist and Cleaner who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while also ensuring that the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors and staff.
  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, answering phones, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support.
  • As a Cleaner, you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises by performing routine and detailed cleaning tasks in line with established standards.

Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties:

  • Act as an interface with clients who will come for inspection of the apartment
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and visitor sign-in processes
  • Provide general information and assistance to guests
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records

Cleaning Duties:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
  • Changing linens and restocking amenities
  • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Washing dishes and utensils
  • Taking out trash and recycling
  • Reporting maintenance issues
  • Interfacing with clients during inspections or handover, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception, cleaning, or hospitality (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
