Job Description

• We are recruiting a Customer Fulfilment Officer to ensure smooth service delivery and effective resolution of customer requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, operations, or fulfilment
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and service coordination
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
