Receivable Manager

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receivable Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Monitor customers' credit utilization and payment behaviour.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and ensure prompt follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Recommend suspension of credit facilities for customers in default or exceeding approved limits.
• Maintain accurate customer ledgers and reconcile receivable accounts regularly.
• Ensure receipts are accurately allocated to customer accounts.
• Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle from invoice to cash collection.
• Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures. Conduct customer credit assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or haulage industry is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, etc.).
• 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable. Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
