Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Management: Developing a pipeline of prospective buyers, conducting tours, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Sales & Negotiation: Pitching properties, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Marketing & Admin: Utilisation of Ad and Campaigns, Listing properties, managing documentation, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Market Knowledge: Staying informed on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Generally minimum of 2–3 years in real estate sales
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, knowledge and experience of Ad Campaigns
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Traits: Results-driven, self-motivated, marketer, persuasive, resilient and customer-focused.
