Role Overview

• WEPHCO is looking for a high-performance Property Manager / Marketer to manage, position, and close high-value real estate opportunities.
• This role requires a commercially driven individual who can attract, engage, and convert premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings, inspections, and client interactions
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property sales and leasing
• Identify and pursue high-value real estate opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Ensure properties are well-positioned to attract premium buyers or tenants

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or marketing
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of the real estate market and client expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
