Lifemate Nigeria Limited is a professional furniture multinational corporation with 14 outlets distributed across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Mowe and with core competencies in different types of furniture, like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bedroom furniture, hotel furniture, office furniture, dining set, light fittings, jacuzzi, steam box, shower cubicles, outdoor rattan products, interior decoration and so on.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new project opportunities (e.g., hotels, hospitals, residential, government projects)
Build and maintain relationships with: Clients, Architects, Contractors, Government agencies
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate project potential
Lead project planning, including: Budget estimation, Timeline development & Resource planning
Prepare and present project proposals, bidsand tenders
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, salesand operations)
Monitor project progress from concept to completion
Ensure projects meet: Quality standards, Budget requirements, Deadlines, Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
