Hotel Supervisor Job

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel staff and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed
• Assist with scheduling and shift management
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Support management in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Candidate should reside within Opic, Mowe, Ibafo, Berger axis
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good organizational skills.
