Job Title: Production Manager (Cassava & Palm Oil Processing).

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing production staff, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
?We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cassava and palm oil processing facility.

?Key Responsibilities

?Minimize waste and optimize operational efficiency.
?Manage production staff and promote a productive work environment.
?Supervise and coordinate cassava and palm oil processing activities.
?Monitor raw material usage, production output, and inventory levels.
?Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
?Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
?Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

?Requirements

?Practical knowledge of cassava and palm oil processing equipment and workflows.
?Proficiency in basic MS Excel/Google Sheets for production tracking. Experience with ERP is an advantage.
?Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
?Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
?Knowledge of cassava processing, palm oil production, and quality control systems.
?Minimum of 3 years' experience in food processing, agro-processing, or manufacturing operations.
?Knowledge of local supply networks in Ijebu, Abeokuta, Sagamu areas is a plus.?
?Familiarity with NAFDAC, SON, and HACCP standards.
?Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
