Production Filling Operator

Job Summary

• He ensures continuous production line efficiency, conduct regular quality and weight checks, and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
• The Production Filling Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery to accurately fill and package products.

Core Responsibilities

• Quality & Weight Control: Perform regular weight, volume, and seal checks to ensure filled containers meet strict quality control parameters.
• Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform daily maintenance (e.g., lubrication), troubleshoot minor machine jams, and execute rigorous cleaning and sterilization of machine parts.
• Product Changeovers: Efficiently clear production lines and set up the machinery for different products, labels, and packaging sizes.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and factory safety regulations
• Documentation: Accurately complete production logs, track material usage, and record downtime or malfunctions.
• Machine Operation & Setup: Safely start, monitor, and adjust filling equipment to match product specifications and maximize production speed

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of previous experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment (pharmaceutical or chemical industries).
• Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments. Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move heavy materials or containers.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Education: Bachelor/HND, or equivalent training.
• Experience in Infusion production is highly preferred.
