We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical and Technician Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Ensure machine operates with minimal downtime.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant and production equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and company maintenance procedures.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timelyt repairs.
Intall, test, and commission new equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

2-5 years of hands-on maintenace experience in a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, of FMCG
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
Experience working with production machinery and utility equipment.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems including: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearing, conveyors.
Experience with preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Basic welding and fabrication skills will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: electric motors, control panels, star-delta starters, variable frequency drivers (VFDs), sensors and relays.
