Job Position: Procurement Lead
Job Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities of the organization.
- The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings
- Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing and relationship management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools

Location Requirement:
- Candidates should residein or around Lekki–Ajah axis.
Salary is negiotable.
