You may start with little or no IT knowledge but, after completing 30 hands-on projects, you are as good as other engineers with 3 years in the industry.

Role Summary
- This is not a content creation role.
- This is a content operations and strategy role responsible for running a high-volume, multi-brand content engine across the Darey.io ecosystem.
- You will own the end-to-end content machine from strategy to production, distribution, and performance ensuring that all brands show up consistently, clearly, and at scale.
- You are not here to “post content.”
- You are here to build, run, and optimize a system that drives growth.
About the Ecosystem:
- You will be responsible for content across three interconnected brands:
Darey.io (Tech Education):
- Focus: Tech career transformation
- Goal: Drive learner acquisition
- Content Angle: Transformation stories, career pathways, job outcomes
Xterns.ai (Work Experience Platform):
- Focus: Talent placement & work experience
- Goal: Attract talent + build employer trust
- Content Angle: Proof of work, real-world experience, hiring success
Dare (Founder Brand):
- Focus: Thought leadership & trust building
- Goal: Build credibility across the ecosystem
- Content Angle: Insights, storytelling, tech career guidance
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Own and evolve the content strategy across all brands
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and growth goals
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Write or oversee founder-led content (especially LinkedIn)
- Translate business goals into clear content direction
Production & Content Operations:
- Plan and execute monthly batch shoot days (3 per month)
- Create shoot plans, scripts, and content briefs
- Coordinate videographers and production logistics
- Oversee post-production workflow (editing, feedback, approvals)
- Ensure minimum output of 80 videos monthly
Distribution & Platform Management:
Manage publishing across:
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Schedule content using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Set up and manage content automations and funnels
- Ensure consistency in posting cadence (no gaps)
Content Repurposing System:
- Turn long-form content into multiple short-form assets:
- Shorts/Reels/TikToks
- Carousels
- Quote graphics
- Written posts
- Build and manage a repeatable repurposing pipeline
- Maximize content value across platforms
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Manage and supervise:
- Video Editors
- Videographers
- Graphic Designer
- Assign tasks, track delivery, and maintain quality standards
- Ensure editors meet weekly output targets
- Provide structured feedback and performance guidance
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Track and analyze:
- Views
- Engagement rates
- Follower growth
- Platform-specific KPIs
- Produce monthly performance reports
- Identify winning content and scale it
- Fix underperforming areas with clear action plans
The Content Machine You Will Run:
- 80 videos per month
- 3 batch shoot days monthly
- Multi-platform distribution system
- Structured repurposing pipeline
- Automated scheduling via GHL
- This system already exists.
- Your job is to run it, improve it, and never let it break.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years in:
- Content strategy
- Brand communications
- Content production or media operations
- Experience managing multi-platform content at scale
- Strong exposure to video production workflows
- Familiarity with African/Nigerian digital audience
Core Skills:
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Content planning and execution
- Project management (high-volume workflows)
- Deep understanding of social platforms & algorithms
- Data-driven decision-making
