Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD

Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description


  • We are seeking a smart, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and personal support in a fast-paced environment.
  • If you are highly organized, possess excellent judgment, and have a strong sense of duty, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal appointments, reminders, and schedules
  • Coordinate personal errands and travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries, as well as support event and logistics planning for executive engagements.
  • Organize documents and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with travel bookings and personal engagements
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, action items and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct basic research and prepare information as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide administrative support to enhance daily productivity, prioritizing competing tasks, and ensuring the Managing Director is well-prepared for all professional activities.

Requirements

  • Age: 25–35 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in law (LLB, BL) or a closely related legal/social science discipline from a recognized institution
  • Strong Personal Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in arranging Travel Arrangements, such as visas, flights, accommodation, and trip itineraries.
  • Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), document preparation, basic report writing and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Highly intelligent with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
