Work Dey HR Services - Our client, a leading Contact Procurement and Construction Company in Abuja, is seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman in the capacity below:

Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and draft communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools, Ability to Drive a Vehicle.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / month
