Job Title: Part Time Administrative and Social Media Assistant

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5 Hours Daily (Content for non-working days will be scheduled ahead.)

Description

  • Our client is looking for a smart, organized, and creative Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support daily operations and help grow the brand online.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to messages/emails
  • Create engaging daily carousel content
  • Help coordinate events or online sessions
  • Create content calendars & schedule posts
  • Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks
  • Support social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube
  • Repurpose long videos into engaging content
  • Basic website/content updates
  • Help increase followers, engagement & visibility
  • Organize documents/files
  • Support community/admin communication
  • Follow up on tasks
  • Schedule meetings or trainings

Requirements

  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Organized and proactive
  • Must be a practicing Christian aligned with the brand values.
  • Good communication skills
  • Creative with a growth mindset
  • Basic Canva/design skills

Salary

  • N5,000 Support Allowance.
  • N50,000 Monthly
