Job Title: Operations Officer (Parcel Scanning & Documentation)

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Scan and process parcels accurately using digital scanning devices.
• Ensure all shipment records are accurate and complete.
• Comply with all company operational and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet daily processing targets.
• Sort and organize parcels for dispatch and delivery.
• Document and update parcel information in the company's system.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged parcels.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be ICT-savvy and comfortable using computers and handheld scanning devices.
• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Previous experience in logistics,warehouse operations, or e-commerce is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
