Job Position: Logistic Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined and responsible Logistic Assistant to assist in all procurement, logistics and warehouse processes, structures and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to normal office routine duties (weekly/monthly reports), the person is supposed to be engaged specially to.

• Assist Senior?Log?Assistant for inventory and stock records.
• Assist Supply Chain Manager on Importation and Logistics duties.
• Reports to Senior Assistant.

Key Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Excellent working knowledge of store administration.
• Excellent material know-how of Electrical and Mechanical items.
• Excellent working knowledge of tools and materials management on site.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management.
• Knowledge of Book Keeping.

Skills & Competencies:

• Organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Work knowledge of ERP system.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Work knowledge of Importation and clearing procedures.
