Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented myCare Officer with 1–2 years of experience in the health sector to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will support operational processes, customer experience, inventory coordination, and logistics while ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Assist with order processing by receiving, verifying, and documenting customer requests.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues promptly.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must own a personal laptop.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office tools, and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the health sector, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations.
