Advantage Health Africa is the umbrella for these various initiatives and venture, established in January, 2017 and began full operations in July of the same year. AHA was born out a desire to see significant performance improvement in the healthcare industry, particularly in business improvement and patient care treatment outcomes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MyCare Intern

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by handling inquiries and resolving basic issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational efficiency.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist with order processing: receiving, verifying, and documenting customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards in all processes.
  • Help coordinate logistics and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

  • Must have a personal laptop.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
  • Strong interest in healthcare operations and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related course.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the internship, the intern will:

  • Develop data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand inventory management, order processing, and quality control.
  • Gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations and supply processes.
