We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and increasing brand awareness across digital platforms.

  • We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, captions, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend creative campaign ideas.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work with external vendors, influencers, and media partners when required.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media business accounts and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid social advertising is an added advantage.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms.
