Job Description

• The learning & development (L&D) specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs that enhance skills, improve performance, and support organizational growth.
• The role focuses on identifying training needs for employees, managing learning initiatives, and promoting continuous development across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage training schedules, materials, and logistics.
• Develop and coordinate employee training programs.
• Collaborate with managers to improve employee performance through learning solutions.
• Identify training and development needs through assessments and performance reviews.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and learning activities.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or training are an advantage.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, HR, or a related role.

Other Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Passion for employee growth and organizational development.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design engaging training materials.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
