• Lead and improve the implementation strategy for CommonLit 360 adoption.
• Own and refine end-to-end implementation systems to enable instructional change.
• Contribute to short- and mid-term planning for implementation and partner success.
• Diagnose complex implementation challenges and translate insights into solutions.
• Apply expertise in implementation science, change management, and literacy pedagogy.
• Leverage data and partner feedback to drive adoption and student outcomes.

???? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (education leadership or related field).
• 10+ years in K–12 education, including at least 5 years in a school/district leadership role.
• Deep expertise in implementation science, improvement science, and/or change management.
• Strong understanding of English Language Arts and curriculum implementation.
• Experience leading major school/district instructional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and designing supports for adult learners.
