• 1+ year sales or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Technical aptitude: internet tech, browsers, FTP.
• CMS knowledge: WordPress/Joomla/Drupal is a plus.
• Familiar with chat, CRM, Live Engage tools.
• Ability to research issues across systems to resolve them.
