Content Creator & Social Media Manager Job

Job Purpose

• Create engaging, sales-driven content, manage social media, and convert online engagement into store visits and purchases. Includes regular farm visits for authentic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily photo & video content (store + farm)
• Manage Instagram, TikTok & WhatsApp Business
• Drive sales through promotional and urgency-based content
• Support campaigns (launches, weekly promos, seasonal offers)
• Engage customers (reply messages, comments, build loyalty)
• Plan weekly content calendar
• Track performance (engagement, inquiries, sales)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation/social media
• Strong portfolio (photos, videos, pages managed)
• Experience in food, agriculture, or retail is a plus
• Must be comfortable with farm visits and fieldwork
• Must be based on Lagos Island for ease of access to the store location.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
