Health Advisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in training, meetings, and community health awareness campaigns.
• Meet monthly client enrollment and performance targets.
• Coordinate health screenings, consultations, and wellness appointments.
• Register and onboard new clients onto the organisation
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients complete their healthcare journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity reports.
• Educate individuals and organizations on preventive healthcare.
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention.
• Recommend appropriate wellness packages based on clients' needs (without diagnosing or prescribing treatment).
• Generate referrals and grow a network of new clients.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

• Background in Public Health, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Community Health, or any health-related discipline is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or community outreach is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
