Job Summary

• As the Graduate Trainee (Sales), you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving product distribution, building customer relationships, and developing the skills required for a successful career in FMCG sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to strengthen customer relationships
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer activities and transactions
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and gathering market intelligence
• Support the sales team in promoting company products and achieving assigned sales targets
• Participate in training programmes and perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interest in building a career in FMCG sales and business development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Must be proactive, result-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
