What are we looking for?

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Pigment & Ink to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in pigment sales, strategic planning, and market analysis, with strong technical knowledge of different types applications.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• The candidate will be part of our sales team; you will play a key role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships in the chemical and pigment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for different types of pigments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pigment & ink market.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements
Must-Have:

• At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or pigment / ink industry.
• Strong knowledge of different types of pigments and their applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales and business development expertise.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
