Job Title: Fulfilment Officer

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The role involves coordinating with the warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to company standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • The Fulfilment Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track orders from dispatch to delivery and resolve any fulfilment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment reports.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all order documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders, returns, and inventory movements.
  • Work closely with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to order status, delays, or delivery issues.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1–2 years' experience in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using inventory or ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
