We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food Scientist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Update product information sheets for sales preparation and food labels
Work on new products from conceptualization to launch
Record, analyze, and summarize research data
Adhere to our organization’s quality standards and other safety regulations
Coordinate independent laboratory testing
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Arrange and ship sales samples

Requirements and skills

Proven ability to work in a laboratory for long periods of time
Proven work experience as a Food Scientist or similar role
Willingness to travel overnight and to work night and weekend shifts for special projects
Knowledge and understanding of data science
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Food Scientist.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
