Sponsorship & Commercial Growth

• Identify, originate, and secure sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities across multiple sectors • Develop and execute the organization’s sponsorship and commercial growth strategy across all Showtime properties • Structure sponsorship packages, naming rights opportunities, integrated campaigns, and commercial offerings • Lead high-level negotiations and close partnership agreements with corporate organizations and agencies • Build and manage a sustainable sponsorship and partnership pipeline • Develop long-term commercial strategies that increase revenue, visibility, and enterprise value

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, live events, and community engagement platform • Develop strategies to strengthen brand visibility, fan engagement, audience growth, and community presence • Oversee sponsor visibility initiatives, branded content opportunities, fan experiences, and campaign execution • Collaborate with production, media, league operations, and football operations teams to ensure alignment across activations and campaigns • Support merchandise, ticketing, membership, academy, and promotional growth initiatives

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with sponsors, agencies, media partners, and strategic stakeholders • Ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of sponsor rights, deliverables, and activation commitments • Represent the organization at commercial engagements, industry events, networking forums, and strategic meetings • Prepare periodic reporting on sponsorship performance, marketing effectiveness, pipeline status, and revenue projections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 7 years and above experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, marketing, commercial strategy, business development, or brand management

• Proven track record of securing and managing high-value commercial partnerships

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills

• Strong understanding of sponsorship valuation, integrated marketing, brand positioning, and audience development

• Excellent stakeholder management and networking capability
