Field Sales & Marketing Officer (Retail Supermarket)

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Officer to support the growth of our retail supermarket business.
• The ideal candidate will drive sales through direct marketing activities, customer engagement, market outreach, and relationship management within the surrounding community and target market areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote supermarket products, offers, and services to customers and nearby businesses.
• Represent the supermarket professionally in all customer interactions.
• Support promotional events, activations, and awareness campaigns.
• Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Conduct field marketing and sales campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat patronage.
• Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, or retail business development.
• Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Good knowledge of Lagos retail market environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
