Job Title: Female Telesales Executive

Location: CMD Road, Ikosi - Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire a high performance, result driven Female Telesales Executive to convert qualified leads into closed deals. We provide quality leads, you close.
  • This role is strictly for driven, target oriented individuals who thrive on performance, accountability, and results. Real estate experience is an added advantage.

This role is strictly for individuals who:

  • Understand objection handling
  • Can follow structured sales systems
  • Take initiative without supervision
  • Want to earn based on output not attendance
  • If you need daily motivation to work, this role is not for you.
  • If you are competitive and love closing deals, read on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Follow up on spread payment clients until full closure
  • Maintain disciplined CRM documentation
  • Escalate hot prospects strategically (not emotionally)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and daily reporting
  • Protect company client data and confidentiality
  • Engage and convert company provided real estate leads
  • Conduct structured follow-up calls and WhatsApp engagements
  • Work collaboratively with management during closing phase

Performance Expectation

  • This is a performance-based role.
  • You will be evaluated on:
    • Follow-up consistency
    • Conversion rate
    • Objection handling competence
    • Response time
    • Pipeline documentation accuracy
    • Revenue closed

Requirements
Must Have:

  • Experience selling high value products (Real Estate is an advantage)
  • Clear spoken English
  • High sense of accountability
  • Minimum 2 years telesales experience
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Must be a Female
  • Strong WhatsApp sales communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence and negotiation ability

Added Advantage:

  • Experience working with performance KPIs
  • Real estate sales experience
  • Experience with installment-based sales
  • Experience closing ?6m+ transactions

Compensation Structure
