• Develop and improve global GTM enablement programs (product knowledge, soft skills, tools).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact enablement programs.
• Set clear stakeholder responsibilities and provide continuous feedback.
• Develop blended training: remote content delivery and e-learning using internal/vendor AI tools.
• Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
• Deliver measurable learning outcomes aligned to business needs.

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement.
• Training or degree in learning and development or related fields.
• Passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others.
• Strong organizational, project mgmt, and prioritization under pressure.
• Clear communicator, fluent in English, with stakeholder feedback experience.
• Experience using AI-centric tools to outline and deliver training content.
