• Align creative operations with Marketing, Product, and Finance
• Manage the budget, vendor relations, and tech stack (DAM/PM)
• Mentor and lead the Creative Operations team for excellence

???? Requirements

• 10+ years leading Creative Operations or as Executive Producer
• Proven scale of operations for high-volume, global creative function
• Expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and tech (Workfront, Asana, DAM)
• Strong executive communication, organizational, leadership skills
• Deep understanding of cross-functional creative and production workflows
