Job Summary

• We are looking for a qualified and skilled Dental Assistant to join our Healthcare Department.

Responsibilities

• Attempt and undertake all the assigned lab tasks by the dentist.
• Maintain patient records accurately and help them with payment methods.
• Provide guidelines and safety practices of post-operative care and oral hygiene.
• Sterilize all tools, instruments, and materials as indicated by state regulations and directions.
• Receive and greet patients in the dental care clinic.
• Monitor stock, maintain supplies and place orders when required.
• Prepare patients for medicines, treatments, and checkups ensuring their comfort.
• Manage and schedule appointments and attend walk-ins.
• Clean equipment and tools after use and maintain cleanliness in the clinic.
• Select and arrange equipment and tools as required.
• Assist dentists in the 4-handed dentistry.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with performing regulated non-surgical operations, for instance, coronal polish, and cleaning.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of handling various dental instruments and tools.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
