We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graduate Trainee - Finance

Job Location: Victoria Island and Berger - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description


  • Our Graduate Trainee Program offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to real business operations within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
  • Successful candidates will be trained in their areas of interest, with opportunities to grow across relevant functions based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments
  • Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning
  • Assist with assigned projects and tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Comply with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field
  • 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC completed or currently serving)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is key)
  • Interest in the QSR/Food industry.
