Job Summary:
The Operations Officer will oversee production, warehousing, logistics coordination, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accountability, and the achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clothing production department and ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Supervise warehousing operations, including incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatches

• Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered items

• Monitor operational workflows and resolve bottlenecks efficiently

• Ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and inventory teams

• Maintain operational discipline, accountability, and process efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong operations and production management experience

• Ability to manage teams and factory workflows effectively

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in fashion production, manufacturing, or warehousing is an advantage

• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and accountability
