• Assist equity administration needs and related record-keeping
• Administer Reddit's equity program and records
• Manage domestic and international corporate filings for Reddit and subsidiaries
• Support international expansion-related corporate needs
• Assist with M&A/diligence and related transactions

• Experience: 3+ years corporate paralegal incl securities/governance
• Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable
• Hybrid: Minutes, outside counsel billing, team offsite
• Technological Adaptability: Eager to test AI tools in legal dept
