Corporate Representative

• Serve as Kin’s designated corporate witness; provide 30(b)(6) testimony
• Testify on claim handling, policy interpretation, underwriting intent
• Cradle-to-grave reviews of litigated claim files, data, and docs
• Partner with litigation teams to develop testimony strategies
• Maintain expert knowledge of SOPs, state regs, and Four Corners
• Prepare for depositions and trials with document review and mock exams

???? Requirements

• 5+ years handling first-party property and/or large-loss claims
• Experience providing Corporate Representative testimony in Property & Casualty matters
• 30(b)(6) testimony in depositions/trials, Florida and other states
• Working knowledge of claim files, underwriting guidelines, and litigation docs
• Expertise in first-party property claims handling and policy interpretation
• Active Florida Adjuster License
