Job Title: Cook and Pastry Chef

Responsibilities
For cook:

• Plan and organize daily food production.
• Properly store raw materials and finished products to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
• Monitor inventory of food supplies and baking ingredients; report shortages promptly.
• Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes according to approved recipes and quality standards.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and attractive plating of all dishes.

For pastry chef:

• Bake breads,pastries, cakes, and desserts while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients to ensure consistency in production.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
• Operate baking equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and fryers.
