Position Summary
- You'll create content, design marketing materials, run the social media communities, and work closely with the Videographer on anything that needs video. It's creative work, but it's strategic too: everything you make should be pulling in the same direction as the rest of Marketing, not just posting for its own sake.
- Beyond the day-to-day content, you'll bring ideas to the table - for campaigns, for storytelling, for how Arab Space shows up online - and help the Marketing Manager turn those into initiatives that actually generate leads.
- This role owns Arab Space's content - from the first idea to the finished post - and is responsible for making the brand feel alive across every platform we're on.
- Arab Space operates in a sales-driven environment, and content plays a real part in that. You're expected to help the business succeed - through excellent audience and client experiences, spotting opportunities where they arise, and protecting the brand's reputation in everything you publish.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Come up with ideas for campaigns, property launches, educational content, and brand storytelling - not just react to a schedule.
- Track trends, audience behaviour, and what competitors are doing, and let it inform what we post.
- Build the monthly content strategy and keep the content calendar current across every platform.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:
- Create engaging content for every Arab Space platform - captions, articles, newsletters, marketing copy.
- Keep everything consistent with Arab Space's tone of voice and brand identity.
- Produce content that showcases listings, market insights, client testimonials, and company culture.
- Tell the stories behind the brand - client wins, team milestones, what makes Arab Space different - in a way that actually lands.
Social Media & Community Management:
- Keep an eye on public sentiment and flag anything that needs escalating.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally and promptly - someone is always the first response a prospect gets.
- Manage Arab Space's presence across every approved platform, posting to the approved content calendar.
- Build a real online community around the brand, not just a follower count.
Graphic Design & Creative Development:
- Keep every piece on-brand - typography, colour, logo use - per the Marketing Policy's Brand Guidelines.
- Design property flyers, social graphics, event materials, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts that make campaigns more memorable, not just more frequent.
Campaign Support:
- Create campaign-specific content and coordinate with Sales to promote available properties.
- Produce content for launches, exhibitions, and events, and track how it's actually performing.
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and running campaigns.
Personal Branding & Employee Advocacy:
- Give guidance on content ideas and captions when someone asks.
- Encourage staff to share listings and achievements professionally on their own platforms.
- Help colleagues build their own personal brand content in a way that still fits Arab Space's marketing goals.
Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration:
- Track content performance - engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth - against agreed KPIs.
- Work closely with the Videographer, Sales team, and Marketing Manager so everyone's content efforts add up to something bigger.
- Deliver weekly and monthly social media reports with real recommendations, not just screenshots of numbers.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or Content Marketing are an advantage.
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Applicants should have:
- Experience running multiple social platforms professionally.
- A track record of creating content that actually supports lead generation, not just engagement for its own sake.
- Must currently reside on Lagos Island.
- A strong portfolio showing content, copywriting, and design work.
- 2–4 years' experience managing content and social media for a real estate company or luxury brand.
