• Experience partnering with sales/GTM and quota-driven environments.
• Strong technical background with compensation tools and benchmarking.
• Influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• International experience across geographies desirable.
• Experience scaling orgs through rapid growth or GTM evolution.
